In this position, you will have the following major responsibilities:

  • Become proficient with a proprietary vacuum coating process.
  • Receive, prepare, and process parts for coating following standard operating procedures (SOP's) and protocols.
  • Pack and ship parts once processed.
  • Maintain careful inventory of all parts through all stages of processing.
  • Document your work carefully in written format.
  • Maintain hardware, equipment, and instrumentation on prescribed schedules.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with engineers, consultants, and other specialists.
  • Troubleshoot general process issues and problems in a creative, timely manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring that you meet all daily production, efficiency, and quality goals for the coating of parts. You will also share in the responsibility for general housekeeping, safety, security and all other logistics associated with the operation of the facility. You may be assigned other duties from time to time, as determined by your supervisor and the Company's business needs.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to quality and safety requirements is a must.
  • Self-motivated and possess good work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability and willingness to perform detailed tasks a must.
  • Hours are from 8:30-4:30, Monday - Friday with some flexibility needed.
  • Experience with vacuum systems preferable.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Anticipated time-frame for this position is approximately three to six months.
